Accessibility

This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Accessibility is checked on every deployment, not once at launch.

What is in place

• Every page works with the keyboard alone, and the focus indicator is always visible.
• Text and interface colours meet the AA contrast ratio. Colour is never the only way information is conveyed.
• Headings follow a single, ordered outline, so screen reader users can navigate by structure.
• Every page can be entered by a Skip to content link before the navigation.
• Animation is switched off for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion, and no content depends on animation to become visible.
• Interactive targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
• The site is usable at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling.

Where it falls short

Property search results are served by a third-party MLS provider and we do not control their markup. If you hit a barrier there, contact us and we will get you the same information directly.

Tell us

If any part of this site keeps you from finding what you need, write to floralbanunez@gmail.com or call +1 (954) 790-7979 and we will fix it and get you the information another way in the meantime.
